Unfortunately, I just dealt with an extremely rude person at the window. The person who cashed me out was very pleasant. When I... told him that my order was incorrect he said they were having a debate about it. This other employee took the coffee and pouredit down the sink. She poured a new one and brought it to the window with a very annoyed expression on her face. Then proceededto slam the window. I signaled to ask her to come back and asked her if there was a problem with my order. She said no, slammedthe window again, and walked away. My coffee is now in the garbage. Terrible service. Four stars because normally i have a good experience most times I go. I find the staff to mostly be very friendly and normally... always get my orders right, food and coffee hot, or if it?s iced it?s never too watery. Idk why all the other reviews are sobad. But I got ice water today and it tastes like pennies? :( made my tummy do the flip flop. Idk if dunkin? reads the googlereviews but i think you guys should check out your water!! Read more
My man was in this store with his service dog and got refused of service by a manager who also refused to give him food he paid... for because of the fact that he had his service animal inside of the store. Luckily he did get a refund but it?s just the factthat Dunkin is supposedly service animal friendly. Read more
