30 minutes in drive thru my Pretzel Pub chicken sandwich was hot but I couldn't eat it because it had soon much sauce on it it... was dripping off and made the bread soggy. They must have grabbed a head full of pickles because they were 10 on it. My sonsfries were old and cold. This is after we went time the Wendy by South park Mall and was denied dining in service at 7:35pm. Thelady watched us park try to open the door. Walked around to the other door that was open. She let a gentlemen in. Saw us and metus there saying the dining room was closed and locked the door. There is a sign that says dining room open from 6pm to 8pm . Itwas 7:35... I'm beyond done with Both Colonial Heights Wendy's. Looooong Time customer will take her family to Chester from nowon. Read more
This is hands down the worst Wendy's I have been to in a while. Everytime I have went (about 3 or 4 times total since being... stationed at Ft. Lee in June) around 10pm when they're suppose to close at 11, their "systems" are always down. It's to thepoint that I'm starting to believe that they shut down early just to leave early. If you want to shut down at 10, just changeyour hours instead of wasting peoples time and gas driving over there just to get trash service. This picture was taken at9:57pm. Read more
My friends & I went through the drive thru between 3:30 & 4:00. They told us it was shift change so we had to wait to order. We... waited 25 minutes exactly b4 we could order, then 10 more minutes to get 3 burgers that were cold. WON'T GO TO THIS WENDY'S EVERAGAIN!! Still love the franchise but not this store.. Read more
The staff was incredibly rude and refused to take my order inside, so I ordered online through their ridiculously slow website.... I then went through the drive thru to pick up my order, only to be told they were out of everything I ordered. They stillcharged me for the meal I never received and I have still not received a refund. The manager of the location sent a genericapology email, to which I responded, but they have never followed up. The whole experience has taken over a month withoutresolution and has left me angry and empty handed. This restuarant is garbage and the manager is a thief. They swindled me outof $20 over a month ago and refuse to make amends. This is not over. Read more
