All the staff had to do was turn around greet me and say we'll be right with you. But instead of that they just left me sitting... at the take-out counter without even getting my order. For 10 minutes then when I asked someone to take my order she tells methat one of the staff members are going on break. Like what does that have to do with me?. We just had the best Waffle House dining experience ever. Greeted upon entering, the table was CLEAN and not sticky the way the... tables usually are in a WH, and the service was amazing. Zack was our server. He was polite, prompt, and attentive. It was thefirst time I?ve been to a WH and gotten a refill without my cup sitting empty for 5+ minutes. The staff there tonight seemed toactually want to work. Even though I love me some ratchet 3am WH shenanigans, it was quite lovely to have a completely differentWH experience and enjoy a peaceful, good quality dinner with a fantastic server at this establishment. Sometimes all I desire is fast , hot and friendly with a side of hot coffee. That?s what Waffle House does better than most.
Just had a lovely time at the Waffle House in Colonial Heights. Dinner was by reservations only. We were greeted by... sophisticatedly dressed hostesses which took us to the photo area then to our table which was beautifully decorated forprivacy. We could eat by the Valentine's Day menu or the regular menu. As always the food was wonderful!! The atmosphere wasfun and full of smiles. I LOVED this experience!!! Read more
All the tables where full of dirty plates. I was told they were not doing dine in. It took an hour to get my food. The staff was... arguing with each other. It was the most unprofessional experience I have ever been apart of. I would really rate this placenegative 5 stars if I could. Read more
Waitress was great cheap breakfast taste great on a dine occasion a few months ago I went today ordering restaurant an all star... meal to go at establishment and I asked before I left where are the sausages.the woman told there near the eggs when I got homeno sausages.this makes me not want to come back and meal unenjoyable.i don't think I will finish my meal this was an unpleasantexperience.
