Went in to this location today. The gentleman that helped me today was nice. The lady, that i suppose is the manager, was... nothing but rude. She had zero customer service abilities. She sat there and chastized the man that was helping me, correctingme while he was preparing my order, and continued while i sat there eating my meal, and as i was getting up to leave. Thefloors had food on it. Just definitely not a good, but the other Subway in town is no better. Looks like i will only be going tothe one on Fort Lee. Read more
I just went to get a cold cut combo sandwich at this location one of the employees was throwing mozzarella cheese up in the air... trying to catch it with his mouth some of the cheese came out from his mouth in got back in to the container. I got upset I toldhim that he is supposed to do that and he replied that what would I care because is not the cheese I ordered any ways. I saidthat it doesn?t matter that can?t be doings that he kept eating in front of the line. I asked to speak-to the manager anotheremployee said that don?t give out managers numbers and theres no manager on site. Very upset about it. One good thing: they still had the seafood salad that I love. The bad: the lady did not use soap when she washed her hands after... eating her lunch. In their defense I heard her say she was just visiting from another store to help out. But still....eww. Read more
I have nothing to highlight for this specific store. In general I like Subway. They have tried to reimagine their menu with the... wraps but to be honest it's not that huge of a difference. I enjoyed my sub at this place and would recommend it as a place toget a fast bite as it's not usually busy. It's also very convenient off the road and clearly visible for passing traffic. Read more
If I could vote 0 stars, I would. I'm not reviewing on just one visit, it was over 3 different visits. EVERTIME, the bread was... dry and crumbled in my hands. I got turkey the first time... there was 3 pieces of turkey on it. Another time was steak andcheese and ONCE AGAIN, barely any meat and I'm pretty sure they mayo or cheese was bad. And the third time, EVERYTHING about itwas bad. I don't know what they are doing over there but darnn, it's pretty awful. Read more
I go to this subway all the time and I always leave happy but tonight when I went there was a new girl working there and she... literally threw my sandwich together. It had mayonnaise all over the outside of the sandwich and the proportions were all overthe place. When I got home I had to basically remake the whole thing. Everyone else that works there is super nice but I am nota fan of their newest hire. Read more
Great food...always fresh, and just how we ask for it to be prepared! ???? I love how we are acknowledged and pleasantly spoken... to each time we stop in, and the special "sub of the day" is always a great deal! (Not to mention the choices in the $4.99 footlongs, EVERY day) My dad always eats his whole sandwich, and I feel good about his healthy choices... Read more
Super slow service. We walked out. Poor lady up front working like crazy while her helper stocked cooler. We stood there 10... minutes while she fills to go orders and left us hanging and he stocked cooler. Not cool. Read more
