This food is pretty good. Its never been outright terrible, it's just average McDonald's quality. The staff have never been bad... to me so far and were really helpful in replacing my sandwich when I found a hair in mine recently. Theyre really nice and 9times out of 10 get my order correct when I ask for customisations. My only complaint is out of their control, being sad thattheir toys go out of stock too fast sometimes, but that is no fault of the store's or employee's. Read more
Order a burger with an extra piece of cheese on it and I will bet you money they won't put it on there. How lazy do you have to... be to ignore an instruction to put an extra piece of cheese on a burger? Always messes up your order. Don't give you the correct numbers of equal or creamer you ask for. Seems to not care about the... consumers at all. Only making money. I usually ask for 4 creams for 2 coffee, 2 in each. 8 equal, 4 in each. Fat chance ongetting them so I have to throw my coffee away, not fair. Side order of eggs are cooked so hard and tastes so nasty,,no optionto add cheese to your eggs for delivery. My order is always messed up but this is where my order goes to for grubhub delivery. Not as long of a wait if you were to go inside instead of ordering through the drive-through. The employees were professional... and appeared to work well together. The inside of the building looked nice but lacked frequent sanitization. Read more
My family is on a 12 hour road trip back towards NY. We stopped at this McDonald?s to take a break with our 3 year old and 8... month old. The staff was SO LOVELY. Big shout out to Felicia, who went above and beyond to make a long trip special for our 3year old. Also, super fresh food. Read more
Decided to get breakfast out this morning. I ordered the steak, egg & cheese bagel. I must add that the bagel was toasted... perfectly! I would have liked to have a little bit more onion on there. But, it was still really good! Great service! Read more
I went to this location (27696 woods edge rd Chester va) this evening 7:45 pm. A worker (Precious) who I later learned is a... manager had a very poor attitude. I tried to de escalate the situation by calling her a pleasure, I was just looking for mymobile order? she then in turn called me a ?Bitch? in front of who I assume is her manager Felicia. Felicia definitely handle itquite professionally.. I commend her but Precious definitely need counseling? and I hope she would not do something to yourfood!!! I?m trying to reach the owner William Bond. I?m going to reach out to another General manager I know who works forMcDonald?s.. I?m sure can find how to reach William Bond!
