KFC is good eating for a fast food restaurant! Their chicken is cooked crispy and seasoned just right. Meat comes out pipping... hot and mouth watering and tender! Lately KFC fries which I think they maybe tweaked their recipe on but man those crispyseasoned fries so good I frequently order them in two's and also in the biggest size they come in! Not to mention the chickenpot pie ???? is an always anytime favorite! And even though they're spicy but goodness their Nashville Hot chicken tenders aremouth watering hot hot hot Nashville hot ???? ????! KFC overall food score from me gets a 4.5 out of 5 stars! Food was good and hot. Service was bad until the manager stepped in. Went thru the drive thru. First and foremost, could not... understand a thing the young man said. I thought it could be the speaker. Wrong. Got to the window and understood nothing theyoung man said except pull up. Receipt? hardly. After waiting over 5 mins, I decided to go inside to the counter. Finally afterabout 2 mins someone finally asked if I needed help. When I told the lady about my order and waiting, she left the counter andgot the Mgr (I assume he was because he appeared to be the only person who knew anything). He quickly rectified my situation andcomped two extra breasts on my order. He was very apologetic and friendly. The "manager" is an asset to KFC. The rest of thefolks.... Read more

The food here was a big disapppontment.The chicken was hard and didnot have the savory flavor and taste KFC is known for.The... biscuit also tasted flat and was cold.The mashed potatoes were ok.Service was slow even though there were 3 customers at thetime.I will not buy from this location again. The staff at the colonial heights store was in total chaos. Everybody was running around and nothing getting done. I was ask to... wait 5 minutes while the staff get the chicken out the oven. He never returned. Nine customers in the drive through got thereorder and I?m still waiting. This was the longest that ever had to wait for my order at any KFC.?It was only 2 customers insidethe building and they totallly made us wait. I ordered a 12 piece family meal yesterday and I asked if they could give me two breast and the rest dark meet, the guy taking... my order said yes. They did not have any legs in the bucket and they did not give me the biscuits that come with what I paidfor. Also, I have had bigger pieces of chicken at Buffalo Wild Wings than the wings that were in that bucket. Read more

The cashier didn't seem knowledgeable about the coupon order. I placed a breast and wing order with a coupon. There seemed to be... an issue with ringing up the order. I drove around and they were having register issues. Then, everything appeared to be fixed.Well, okay. So, I replaced my order at the window. I gave them the coupon. Even though the coupon clearly says breast and wing,they asked how pieces of chicken. Apparently, the coupon didn't clear the register initially because someone (I believe themanager) assumed the coupon is expired. Uh, no, the expiration is not until April 22nd. So, the cashier rings up the order. Thetotal she quoted me initially seemed right. So, I paid it expecting to receive my change that I already calculated in myhead. Then, I get the receipt showing the so-called adjustment that she made to give me a discount. The change she gave me wasshort 35 to 40 cents. They rung it up as a different order then gave me a deduction that did not equal the $4.99 coupon. Thecashier wanted me to pull off as she didn't want to hold up the 2 cars behind me. Uh, I'm thinking resolve my issuefirst. Then, the manager came to the window and made the correction and told the cashier that I was right. He gave me my refundthat I expected. I got my food but it took a few minutes to get the bill straight. I been here a few times without an issue.I'm going to assume that it was a bad shift moment.
