Waited in the drive thru for a solid 15+ minutes in the morning and the time was 6:40. Then I ask if they are open no answer.... Then the back door cracks open and I thought someone was going to come out to talk to me nope. As I pulled off someone walkedout the back door and went to the dumpster empty handed. Slowest drive thru experience I?ve ever had in my life, ive been in the line for over 40 minutes, and in still two cars back... from getting my food. In glad im on the clock, and everyone at work isn?t waiting on me, and their food to get back. Two starscause the food from this location is always good. But after its all said, and done an hour to get some breakfast food through adrive-thru? That?s a little ridiculous! Read more
Breakfast biscuit with bacon & eggs was excellent, so was their coffee & creamer. It was very clean, so was the bathroom. The... only concern is the floor in front of the counter is slightly slippery which may cause a slipping hazard in the future. Read more
Arrived to pick up my Doordash order for my customer and I ended up picking leaving to pick up another customer's McDonald's... order and by the time I got back, the order still wasn't ready and I was informed by the manager that they had no chickentenders. How the manager didn't know that when they received the order is beyond me. They were very unorganized and chaotic anddefinitely lacked communication skills amongst themselves. I think it was a total of one hour before I received my order. Do notrecommend. Read more
EDIT: They WILL NOT SERVE YOU any earlier than 8:00 a.m? if that, Even though they open a 6 a.m they will see you on camera... waiting in line and will let you sit there without a word! When I went to the window I was given a cold response, howeversomeone I spoke to behind me was doing door dash and their food was ready? Wrapped around the building but worth it. The gravy biscuits were delicious. The young man working at the window was so kind.
Stopped in to have breakfast one morning. Hardee's they definitely got the best biscuits on the market that's for sure. Thanks... for our great experience and Valencia who was our guest service person she was absolutely the sweetest customer service rep I'veever met. Read more
My order was taken by one person who then went on break. It took a while before anyone realized I was still just standing there... waiting for my food. My sandwiches had been ready for some time. By the time I got my sandwich the meat was cold to roomtemperature. This is unusual for this restaurant. It is not my normal experience. Read more
