This entire experience was a disaster. I placed my $40 order for 2 sub combos, for 1:50 and arrived right then. When i arrived I... was not greeted or spoken to at all, the employees were just talking behind the counter. I proceeded to wait 10 minutes *aftermy pickup time* only to receive 2 very poorly made sandwiches. The first had the wrong cheese, the bread was hard andovercooked, and had half the portion of toppings as usual. The second sub also had hard bread, while this had the correctcheese, it had no pickles, and the tomatoes tasted like cleaning supplies. After choking down a quarter of my sub i had to throwit away along with my $40. Would not recommend. Read more
I worked here. This was the worst place to work. I loved it for most the time but the manager dominique treated me and plenty of... others terribly. I would walk in the back and hear me being talked about by the manager. Don?t get me wrong, I did my doing oftalking but I was also a teenager she is a grown adult. Honestly it was one of the best subs I ever had... although I was very disappointed in the way I was treated at this firehouse... subs, everyone there was kind, generous, and quite frankly had good manners. I didn't like that and the ordering process wasshort and quick... they got my order spot on and the sandwich was great. The service not so much, if I were to compare them to aanimal I would say they are a very well behaved cheetah that loves people. Read more

I had not had a Firehouse Sub in a very long time. Honestly wish I had not got the taste for it after I started eating it. It... was a little too messy, plus i asked for an extra pickle with each which did not happen. Got home and I did not even have apickle with the sandwich. So actually I only got the 2 I asked for when picking up the order. 2 young kids preparing the foodwith no mask plus it just doesn?t feel or look clean. No more Firehouse Sub for me from that location. Read more
My husband surprised me with one of my absolute favorite places and sub for lunch today after work because I work in fast food... and I work hard to please all of my guests. The smoked brisket cheddar is my favorite and when I say my first bite was rancid isan understatement as soon as I bit down the smell of the meat hit my nose and tongue at the same time I immediately spit thefood out and had to rinse my mouth out with mouth wash and then brush my teeth just to get the smell of the rotten meat off mytaste buds! There is definitely a problem with the employees on food quality. When I called this location to try and explain itto them I was greeted to a simple hello as if I?d called a friend not a food establishment but I was polite and said hello myhusband picked up some subs today and my sub was pretty gross. Whom ever was on the phone said well maybe you should have justmade yourself a sandwich at home then bi*^% and hung up!
