I remember when I was excited for this location to open up. Food and drinks were perfect. Employees were polite. The honeymoon... is over. They don't have half of their menu items and drinks in stock. Whatever drink you order is never made the same twice.The food is not cooked through. The employees are extremely rude, borderline offensive, and seem to absolutely hate their job. Idon't see this location staying open long. Read more
Coffee was way too strong and bitter, like it was old. Received an iced matcha instead of frozen. Only 1 guy running the inside... and drive thru and 1 guy cleaning up in the back. Front guy said his name was Devin and he was the GM. Informed him of the ordermistakes and he made it right. He said he has staff but no one wants to work. This location is beyond marvelous. After being lied to in hopewell I decided to try one more Dunkin for the free coffee on... coffee day. I was disturbed when I began ordering because of the liar at another location but the kind young lady in the drivethrough helped me order. She was so patient and sweet, she went above and beyond with my order by walking me through the steps.I don?t generally drink coffee and I don?t order many donuts but she was a dream come true for me. This location was the worst DD I have ever gone to out of the many locations I've patronized in multiple cities and states. We... paid over $30 ( 2 medium cappuccinos, 2 orange juices, 2 doughnuts, 2 turkey sausage-egg-chesse croissants) for breakfast. I wastold to pull up and they will bring it out to me. The food was ok but the coffee blah. The woman who brought my food out stoodthere trying to convince me that my cappuccino is supposed to be white hot liquid that is supposed to only fill a quarter of thecup. After trying to convince me she said she could go fix it if I wanted her to. I was thinking, how are you going to fix it ifit's "supposed" to look like this and have such a small amount. I don't like sending food back. I ended up getting coffee from agas station. So for this particular location... never again, not even for free. I will stick to the DD in my area. Read more
Im putting this here due to the rude lady who took our order and not only took our order but rang it up wrong. As we were... ordering the lady stated she could not hear us so in result we spoke louder for her to hear us. Got to the window and guess whatwe were handed 2 donuts instead of 1 donut and my avacado toast and I know she heard us say avacado toast because she asked if iwanted it with just the spread. Placed an online order today. Drive thru was out in the street so I was just going to go in to pick up my order.. of course the... inside was closed.
