First off, it's a Chick-fil-A so the food and service were great as expected! What I really don't like about this location is... that their drive-thru is very inefficient and can block entry to their parking lot if it's backed up (as it is oftentimes). Otherwise, everything else is great. Read more
My sister and I stopped here on our way back from vacation. We got there at 10:20, and it was 10:23 by the time an employee... approached us to take our order. We asked for fries, and were told that they don?t start serving fries until 10:25. The personwho took our order was nice, but said he would have to ask his manager if he could go ahead and put in an order for fries. Themanager said no. Then the employee?s card reader stopped working. By the time we got to the pickup window, it was 5:26. It wasjust really odd that they were slower than any Chick-Fil-A I?ve ever been to, had faulty card readers, AND wouldn?t let us orderfries. I guess they don?t mind losing business. This is THE slowest Chick-fil-A ever. I used to work for Chick-fil-A and I?d be embarrassed to work for this Chick-fil-A. Waited... 20 minutes for a mobile order that I originally was going to get through the drive thru but their drive thru is ALWAYS so backedup that I couldn?t even get in line. So I parked and went inside and it was barely busy and I STILL waited 20 minutes.Ridiculous. Read more
My wife and I had the fall you can eat crab legs for lunch. We were there early Friday afternoon and didn't wait to be seated.... This place used to be called Steamers. The old place we didn't like too much. So we decided to give them a try. The food wasgood and the Crab legs weren't old like some places serve. Our waiter was very nice and attentive. We tried Chick-fil-A because everyone is satisfied, so let?s see how it looks. Really nice experience, I see why their ratings... are way better than other fast food: restaurant was clean, workers keep it clean continuously, staff is friendly for real andmake sure you are ok, food is great.
