Amazing food! Wife got the carnitas, and I got the enchiladas with mole poblano. Absolutely delicious! The mole had a tad too... much chocolate in it, but was good nonetheless. Service was top notch. We'll definitely be returning! Read more

The place was pretty busy for dinner service on a Friday night, but seating for 2 was immediately available. The server was... friendly and accommodating. Would be a 5-star experience but some of the buss staff were staring at us around 9:45, assumingbecause they close at 10. Great food, good atmosphere, just don't linger or you'll get some looks! The food was excellent hot and fast! Soon as we came in we were seated and greeted by chips salsa & white ranch sauce. We placed... our drinks they came back quickly. Then we placed our food orders our waitress was very helpful and made suggestions that wasgreat. I would say no more than 10 - 15 minutes she was coming back to our table with our plates. AWESOME! 5?FOR SURE! Ourwaitress kept our drinks refilled and dips refilled. On the way out the gentleman cashing me out said see you tomorrow. LoLAlmost would like to take him up on that the food was so good and fresh. Only thing I didn't like is that the check for thetable for 4 wasn't totalled up when I received it I had to wait for the cashier to give me my total. Otherwise I will bevisiting Casa Don Jose again. I have visited this establishment for dine in and carryout on numerous occasions and have never had an issue until now. I placed... an order for carryout via the doordash app. Arrived to the restaurant and waited for the notification that the order was readyand sent my husband in with a screenshot of the order. Jose gave him a hard time about picking the order up so I went in heproceeded to give me a hard time stating people like me steal and that he has to protect his business. Why he felt the need totell me that I don't know because I clearly placed and paid for the order. After I showed him my doordash order confirmation andshowed him my id he states okay I guess it's yours but people steal. Jose provided terrible customer service so we getscrutinized and embarrassed because other people of our race steal. Definitely will not spend my hard earn dollars in thisestablishment anymore. When this restaurant first opened we frequently went there and have always had great service that hasdefinitely gone downhill. Never again Jose I'm so disappointed in how you treated paying customers. Read more
