This was the WORST Subway xperiences ever! The owner is nasty & mean. They make sloppy, soggy sandwiches. I paid for 4 oatmeal... raisin cookies, but I received 3 chocolate chip cookies. When I called to complain she constantly interrupted me, was rude &unwilling to correct anything. I'm handicap n she was unrelenting & unwilling 2 correct r replace items. Subway intentionally overcharged me for my combo and the size of the sandwich. I asked for the daily combo, which is $6.99+ tax.... Today's deal is for turkey, so I asked for a 6" turkey on Italian Herbs and Cheese. The bread was correct, but the sandwich wasnot 6". The server made an approximate cut, which means that the other person receiving the other half of the loaf will receivemore than 6" (free extra, thanks to my shorted portion). Why doesn't Subway have a ruler on the counter so that everyone can getequal halves of the loaf? It's not like there have not been complaints about the same exact thing in the past. STOP FALSELYADVERTISING 6", UNLESS IT'S ACTUALLY 6" OR ADD THAT IT'S ROUNDABOUT IN THE FINE PRINT Now, back to the price that I wasovercharged. The deal was supposed to be for $6.99, but I was charged $7.29+ tax. I thought that it was a little strange that Iwas asked to pay $7.72, but was going to let it go until I saw my receipt. I was charged that amount because the cashierupcharged me on the size of the cup, even though I never asked for a larger size. I asked him why he took it upon himself toupsize me and he was trying to explain it like he was "looking out" for me. Let this be a lesson, especially if you visit thisparticular location. They are ripping people off. You probably aren't carrying around a ruler (I wasn't either, but had one atmy desk at work), but I can definitely comprehend receipts. Pay attention no matter where you go and do not be afraid to speakup, otherwise you will be a victim of an intentional "company come up". Read more

This is my third time going to this Subway and it WILL BE MY LAST! They cheat on the meat and cheese for my footlong steak &... cheese protein bowl. All the others give me 4 half slices of cheese and 2 scoops of steak. When I asked for my steak not to beheated but put in a separate container they act like they don't understand. None of the others have a problem. Colmar Ma or isclosest to me on the way to work; this is way I keep giving them another try, but not after this. I'll just go out of my way. Read more

????I went in for a 1/2 cold cut sub /w a cheddar broccoli soup meal (but also had wanted some chicken noodle soup as an... alternative choice???????????grandparents). My order was prepared in a timely matter due to it was the slow peak hours????. Iaccidentally grabbed the bag that the soup was in incorrectly so the soup spilled???????????????. The employee(but I assume she's the manager because of the humility she displayed & they we're wearing the same uniform) listened my concern to whatoccurred after I left the establishment from recieving my order. A little rush came in (maybe 6 or 7 hungry customers came in asI was about to get the replace cup to pr my soup in. I humbled myself and waited patiently as the other patrons placed they'reorder. The young lady employee(she was older than I was but showing respect and gratitude because a man never ask a ladies age)called me to the register and gave me a new soup. I only went back into the establishment to swap soup cups but because of mypatience I was rewarded with a new soup and was also warned to be careful this time. Moral of the story is patience bringsgreater rewards. FYI The Service was excellent which put a smile on my face. You never know who'll brighten your day. Read more

Went during the middle of the day and the service was extremely slow. There was only 1 and a half person working because the... other guy hid in the back it seems most of my visit. I literally stood in line and wrote this review. Go to another Subway ifyou can! Read more
