The credit card machine almost never works and you cant pay with cash unless its exact cash. This particular location does not... follow the deals/discounts of the month. ex. 50% of iced drinks in July on Tuesday - I was told you can't get that at thislocation. Its never busy here (probably a reason for that), which could be a plus if you order through the app. I live inwalking distance, so I tried coming here multiple times. The store itself is solid with 5/5 service - up to SBX's good standards. However, I'm deducting 2 stars because the shopping... center it's in has bad traffic congestion around busy times (lunch and rush hour). Going during a busy period could mean ittakes you 10-12 min to get back out to the main road versus 1-2 min. I really dislike this shopping center, not this Starbucks.VERY poor planning on the part of the developer or property management co. of this shopping center. This store is well located, has plenty of space for people to feel safe while getting their coffee and pastries. It gets busy,... so make sure you order ahead of time through the app. It is very clean and there are plenty of instructions to maintain socialdistancing. Read more
