Waited for over 10 mins in the drive through. This is not the first time I have received poor service at this location. They... really need to re-evaluate their staff. Read more
I?ve been coming to this Dunkin? Donuts every morning for years. They do not update their prices on their board for one.... Customer service is a joke. The food quality is very low any morning that I get food. My app doesn?t scan for them most of thetime and they say it?s because my brightness isn?t high enough so they adjust it and it still doesn?t scan. They tell me to paythe next day, which I always do. Except for this morning. I paid for my Wednesday coffee on Thursday and the man tried to saythat I didn?t and demand I be charged twice!
