We've never been to a Cook Out before and passed one while staying in the area. It was super busy but the lady taking my order... was very nice when answering all my questions. She also handled it well when I asked if they had milkshakes despite the hugesign stating all of the flavors. There was so much it was overwhelming. They were super fast and the food was delicious! Placed large order, had one minor discrepancy but it was promptly and respectfully remedied! Very kind and polite staff as well!
Went through earlier and ordered 4 trays. My tray was supposed to be a spicy chicken sandwich with only lettuce, cheese bites,... and fries. The sandwich had mayo and tomato on it, and after I took the time to get a new top bun from my kitchen and putlettuce on it I bit into it only to realize the chicken was not cooked properly. It was pink and like rubber. Not acceptable.Someone could get really sick from that. My husband ordered chicken quesadillas in his tray and both of his quesadillas werepaper thin. Couldn't have been any chicken in them. The prices have gone up but the portions and quality have gone way down.Will not be eating there again. Only business they will get from me is a milkshake every now and then. Wish I could give 0stars. Read more

Their food is good, and milkshakes are great. But I've had too many bad experiences with the people that work there. They seem... incompetent. I had 3 occasions where I ordered cheese bites, paid for them, and didn't receive any. Then today I went, ordered 2bacon ranch wraps, and cheese bites. They gave me two bags of cheese bites, and no bacon ranch wraps. Read more
Just came through the drive thru. We ordered 2 bacon cheeseburgers, 2 fries and 2 drinks. It was $18 plus change. Got to window... and only had 2 burgers, one fry and one drink. Told the girl. She charged us $3 more but only gave us a drink. Told her weneeded our fry. She was going to charge us even more and I told her we were not paying more so she slammed the window in ourface. We left without the fry. No ketchup or anything in the bag. Worse service ever. We won?t go back!!! Read more
Our first visit to Cook Out and we thoroughly enjoyed the burgers, onion rings and cheese bites. 2 burgers, one a basket deal... with rings, bites and soda all for about $12. We'll be back! Read more
