I placed my order online, when I went to pick it up at my told time. I had to wait 20 minutes for me to be told that my order... had not been received. I could not believe such considering I was charged. I asked what were the next steps for such problemsbecause I would have waited for my food to be prepared or I would take my money back and spend it somewhere else. I was told arefund would need to be issued. Then I was also told that i could not receive a refund because the manager on shift was notknowledgeable to do such. Really good food and great customer service!! Good value for your money. Took food home.
Never been to this place before but quickly learned you should order ahead or expect to wait 15 minutes or more for your order... to be ready. The wings were delicious so I downloaded their app for next time we get a craving for wings. Read more

Boneless wings were very good. Fries were ok but when I ordered 10 piece got 8 wings otherwise very good experience.
The manager Mo was SUPER nice!! We were waiting a few extra minutes for our food because they were slammed busy. Had no problem... waiting at all, we never complained or said anything because we've both worked in food service and know exactly how it getssometimes. Worse location ever ! Management is highly unprofessional. Saturday night , ordered my food online went to pick it up brought it... all the way home for my strips to be cold and fries as well. As if I left my food in the cold car and came back to it cold.Called this location a total of 6 times for NO ONE TO ANSWER ! I was also missing my ranch and carrots as well. I would?ve beenokay with no one answering if it was closer to closing but I had over an hour to spare. I walked in and asked for my funds backbut I become even more upset to see the manager back in the back having regular conversation with other staff while I call 6times and having to drive 20 mins back to the location. Because he couldn?t handle me voicing my opinion on his managementskills he stated that he would be calling the police . AND I PROUDLY WAITED . I did not cuss , I did not make threats , nor didI put my hands on anything nor anyone. I conducted myself as an ADULT. Which is clearly what he couldn?t handle. The police cameI voiced my concern, the officers understood , gave me a case number to track my money , and I got food elsewhere. Read more
