Terrible. My wife and I moved into a new build over a year ago, and it's still not showing up in their delivery system. We are... ~1 mile away from the store. Anytime we want delivery, we have to call, which goes to their "corporate line" first, and theyjust repeat the same nonsense the website does (not being in their delivery system). Finally they'll transfer me to the actualstore after I explain the situation, where the deals aren't available so I end up getting charged more because their system iswhack. Last delivery I received was the final straw. Ordered a pizza more than an hour before the store closed, didn't show upat my house until 10-15 minutes after the store closed. Again... I'm about 1 mile from the store. The driver was nice, but thepizza was ice cold, the sauce was horrible, I asked for extra cheese and there was less than regular cheese on it, and it justoverall tasted nasty. Done with this place, other pizza places 2-3x further out deliver here without having to bounce aroundtheir phone gauntlet for 15 minutes to ultimately get an overpriced cold pizza. Read more
The food arrived on time however the delivery driver Isaiah was verbally rude and rushed upon arrival. Rudely and verbally ... refused to take the tip when offered. the online ordering system charged me 12.00 more due to clicking wrong coupon whenordering and it would not go back to previous order special causing rise in price. i called the store and Management would nottry to help correct the issue and tried to find any way to say no and not even find a mid way point with the issue with my 70.00order. I ordered a pizza and I got extra ingredients lucked out I liked the extra ingredients but I didn't want them
