The afternoon shift is not friendly at all. They don't say hello. Scan your card look at their screen and hand your drink and... say nothing. You can say thank you and they don't even respond as they are talking to their co-workers. No talking throughthe whole transaction. Read more

Losing faith in all Collingwood locations! Went this morning. It was not busy but they basically throw the food at you out the... window!!! They care more about their 20sec drive thru times rather then quality of food. Got a farmers wrap. They are in such arush to beat thier times they don?t even leave it on the girl long enough to warm it up let alone actually girl the wrap. The wait time is pretty bad, my friend once waited over 10 minutes for a bagel. They're forgetful and don't understand... instructions. I asked for a dairy free latte, to substitute almond milk instead of normal milk because I'm lactose intolerant.They said they couldn't make a latte so I asked for an iced coffee instead, they made that with cream, I assumed they would'veknown that I wanted that without dairy aswell. I pointed it out and got it remade but still. They're always out of at least 3bakery items. I get they're a little place and not to expect much, but I definitely think they should hire some new/betterpeople. Read more
My sister went this morning and ordered egg cheese and bacon on an English muffin and when she went to eat in a few mins later... she took a bite and it was blue in between the English muffin I don't understand how this could happen considering there made toorder would nobody see that as it's being made???
