Reviews for The Iron Skillet Collingwood in Collingwood, ON
Came here for dinner. The servers are very nice, pleasant and welcoming. Nice cozy restaurant decor. Ordered the tomato soup,... seafood pasta and New York S steak. Portion was good. Definitely recommend the seafood pasta. It was really nice. The tomatosoup was too thick, a bit more on the saltier side (added half a cup of water to balance out the flavour) The steak was orderedmedium rare, it came out almost rare and bloody. Had to return it and to be made medium, Came back charred, still rare butedible. There were quite a few flies hovering around the place. Read more
Superb restaurant in Collingwood. Their jambalaya is really incredible and very filling. Their pirogues and pad Thai were very... tasty too. Service was very friendly and it was lovely sitting outside on a nice day on their patio. Overall a great place tovisit when in town. Read more

The Iron Skillet is a delicious restaurant situated just off the main downtown street in Collingwood. The menu is diverse and... the layout is beautiful and warm. Pictured are the pad thai and the chicken jumbulaya. Both were tasty and the jumbulaya packeda spicy kick! Note that each menu item will set you back at least $20 but all in all it was a great experience! A must try! Read more
Initially when you walk in, not sure what to expect but it was amazing! Food was hot, servings were huge and service was fast... and attentive. Had bruschetta to start, chicken parm and Yorkshire with roast beef. Everything made perfectly. Homemadeeverything. Stuffed and no room for desert. Fair prices for the servings. Will return! Fun experience! The drink menu is huge! Food was ok but everything was too salty! Not sure if that's how the locals like it, but... it was too much for us. The best part was the dessert poutine. I wish more places did something like this! Service wasexcellent. Lots of parking. Read more
Stopped in one evening for dinner. A good variety of 4 specials were available as well as a varied menu. I opted to try one of... the specials, the chicken fajita pasta. The pasta was wonderfully seasoned to perfection making it so tasty! My husband had thebeef fajitas, which he said were also seasoned very deliciously as well. However, I have to say that both dishes were veryskimpy with the meat and had way too many onions. I don?t eat large portions of meat, but it was a bit too obvious that therewere more onions than meat in both dishes. Dinner prices averaged at $22-27. Would probably visit again. Read more
