Waitress server was fantastic. 1/4 chicken dinner Dark meat was not fully cooked! Obviously ponk and red bone meat. Head chef... said it was cooked so waitresses hands were tied. Sent it back 3 times. Finally just boxed it and brought home for the dog toeat. Will not return! Read more
The french fries here are out of this world. For some reason different than other Swiss Chalet. It must be their process. Of... course, the chicken is exactly as you would expect. Delicious! Good and friendly service. Read more
Yummy food and great customer service. We did a take out order and had been waiting a little over our pick up time so the worker... at the Harvey?s counter offered us free drinks. The Swiss chalet side also threw in an extra side for us. The woman at theHarvey?s counter with the pink and blonde hair has amazing customer service and was very kind. Give her a raise!! Read more
Arrived for dinner 07/14/22 6pm to dine in with myself, husband, daughter and 2 children (2 & 4). We were seated right away but... we?re not served. Left after 30 minutes, not served, not acknowledged and walked out, still not acknowledged. Husband tookchildren to park while I ordered on takeout side, 6.45, was served by a delightful attentive person with pink hair received food6.58 went to park and fed my family. Will not be back to Collingwood restaurant. Food was good so gave 2 stars. Read more
Called in 3 separate occasions to order pick up and was told they are not taking any pick up and could not confirm if they were... even open anymore to physically drive to the venue and receive any service. This was around 7pm. I appreciate service staff arestretched at the moment, but kindly communicate that. Been living overseas and wanted Swiss Chalet when I was back with thefamily, but this serious lack of service or care will ensure I never go back again. Read more
2 stars for the chicken it's always good. No complaints there. But... this would be the 3rd time I've ordered perogies and the... seasoned fries and it was extremely salty! Over seasoned. I'm not quite sure if this is new staff who keeps salting it blindlybut it would be wise to check please. Even after wiping the seasoning it was extremely salty. I might have to wash them nexttime. The seasoned fries weren't properly mixed. It looked as if the fries were dropped in the box and the seasoning was pouredin the middle. I think I'll be staying away. I know they can do better. Not my first choice for dinner but this place saved the day, as all the other restaurants I tried were closed or were booked for... 2 hours and take out was almost just as long, something normal for a long weekend I guess in this town. Food was made to order,no errors or omissions (finally) and food taste was Swiss Chalet standard. Great value. Couldn?t use the app so I had to gointo the restaurant to order is my only complaint. Assuming they shut it down as they were near closing time. Read more
We had a group of 16 of us all seniors and our food was excellent and the service was excellent. No problems at all. Thank you...
