A great Pizza restaurant centrally located in Collingwood with ample seating and courteous service. The pizzas we ordered were... brought to our table on time, and each pizza arrived hot and cooked to perfection. The only criticism was that our table hadnot been fully cleaned as it still had noticeable crumbs. That's why I gave 4 stars for atmosphere but everything else got 5.Overall great experience and definitely less expensive than getting pizza at nearby Blue Mountain village. Read more
Tasty and delicious pizza take advantage of whatever promotions they may have (otherwise their menu is a bit pricey). Our pizza... a bit oily but tasty. Overall, I'd rank it above average. Dine-in experience is not the best. Washrooms were messy and notclean. Our Dipping sause were expired:( . Overall I won't recommend dining in. Read more
The food was not as expected. It was cold and disgusting. The mozzarella sticks were cold, the garlic bread is literally 2... pieces of bread with a tad bit of butter and salt and an additional $3.00 for a sprinkle of cheese. The staff took their time to make the two pizzas and they were busy with the phone they were waited for 10 mins before... collecting our two paid for larger pizzas. They were OK and on the oily side but were good. It is a reasonable place for anaverage priced pizza and plenty of parking Read more
We went to this Pizza Hut location, thinking we will get what we requested and paid for it. However; that was not our... experience at all. Here is what happened. We ordered the following pizza. Grilled Chicken Arrabbiata Grilled chicken breast,crisp green peppers, grilled red peppers, red onions, pesto marinated tomatoes, chili flakes & ... As you can see the name ofthe Pizza starts with Grilled Chicken, the first item listed as a topic is Chicken. But that is not what we got. Instead wegot a veggie pizza with couple of chicken pieces that were dropped on our pizza ( Please see the attached pics). At first, Idid not want to say anything and let it go. But the more we looked at the pizza, the more we realized that we are taken for aride. So, I went to the cashier and told her about the issue. she came to our table, I showed her the pizza and told her ifshe can point to the chicken on this pizza. Here reply was that they use pre portion cups for the topics and there is nothingthat she can do about it. There was not attempt to ratify this and add the chicken that we paid for (nothing more). I mustpoint out that the service is really poor at this location as well. After they delivered the pizza and the drinks, nobodychecked on us to see if everything is OK, if we need anything else or even if we need any refills for our drinks and water. Bottom line, this place provides poor service and they have "I Do Not Care Attitude." I guess when you are in a small town withinteresting attraction, you can have that kind of attitude and you will know that people will still come to dine at your place. Read more
