The gas attendant pulled the pump out and spilled gas everywhere. Then muttered profanity as he hung the pump back up and walked... away leaving my cap soaked in gasoline hanging off my car. I had to get out and wipe away the spilled gas off my cap with randomtrash from my car to secure it. Now I can?t get the gasoline smell out of my hands. Awful service! Read more
Gas prices or good bathroom are bad other than that it's a great place to stop for a small and gas
Nice fast service at pumps. INSIDE dirty. Bathrooms disgusting. Deli have no clue, don't wear masks over nose, yap constantly... amongst themselves and drag orders. Never will stop here again. The worst Jersey wawa so far. Read more
Inside this Wawa makes you question your choices. Went inside for breakfast today, definately last time I will willingly go... in. The lady announcing orders talked constantly under her breath, as if to challenge HR. I could barely hear her say 'have agood day, while her eyes were on the next sandwich. The register clerk was attempting to share with me why his neck was hurtingeverytime his head moved, while a supervisor was barking orders for him to take out the trash. I felt bad, he wasn't given thespace to have a conversation with his customer, and his supervisor wasn't listening to his teammate. As a team, they have norespect for each other, which caries forward to how they treat customers. No one is being authentic here. The custom food areashows this. Don't bother spending money here. No offense to the people trying to work here, but take your dollars somewhereelse. There are plenty of other places to find convenient items in this area. Read more
This has to be WAWA busiest yet worst store. There is always a mess everywhere. A long line down the aisle as there is always... just one person working the register. No matter what time you come half the time the deli area is closed and you can?t get gas.I mean it?s Wawa if you can?t do those two things why are you even open? Read more
I don't know where to start. This store is an absolute disgrace to the very essence of Wawa as a company, a mission and an... experience. When I first entered, I went straight past the very long line and on to the bathroom and I think the only reasonthat I didn't turn around and leave immediately was because I was in disbelief that I was experiencing this at a Wawa of allplaces. The bathroom worse than any that I have ever seen throughout the entire city of Philly, worse than any hole in the wallgas station( the kind that you only use the bathroom because it's an absolute emergency), I would even go as far as to say thatI've been in porta potties that we're more bearable to be in. Of the three stars, the center one just had three stacked cautioncones in the middle of it and I did my absolute best to not even look past the cones to see why they were there, because the tworemaining stores we're in such disgusting condition I can't imagine that there would be a level past that in which the cautioncones would be deemed necessary. After I left that Horror Show, I tried to regain my appetite and went to go get what I camefor, but they don't have milkshakes apparently. Then I figured at least I can get a tasty handmade hot coffee, only to find outthat they don't make any handmade beverages- the menu was empty except for cookies. Great wawa always busy. But they can handle it! Got to love their hoagiefest. I always stop in at lunch time. They always seem... to have a great staff here and I will always come back. This is the worst Wawa location. They have 16 gas pumps and if you?re lucky 4 are open at any time. I know it?s Wawa?s way of... not having one side that?s an in and one side that?s out, but it?s mayhem. It needs to be changed as almost having an accidentevery time I come in and out is getting old. People flying in from both sides of the highway have no courtesy for the cars thatare already in motion in this parking lot. Wawa can do so much better. Read more
