I hadn't been to The Pub since the 70's, this was my stepdad's favorite place beside the Latin Casino. I want to say thanks to... my friend for inviting me to lunch yesterday. The Pub has a very large dining room with 2 Salad Bars that include everything you may want in your salad. The bread that is... baked at the restaurant came out cold, but was still good. There was 6 people in our party, and everyone ordered somethingdifferent. No one could finish their meals, even though we had some pretty big appetites among us. The steaks were deliciousand cooked just right. I highly recommend this place if you?re hungry and looking for a great meal. Read more
This place is unlike anything I've ever seen. It's got a "medieval times" vibe, and has extremely good food! A normal entree... will run ~$15, but if you want the massive 42oz steak it'll be $68. Really amazing atmosphere, this place was around for >60years. You need to try this one! Read more
First time eating here, 12 of us today. The waitress was awesome, she got all of our food correct and alway asked if we needed... something else. Even explained the menu to some of us. Fast service and will like come back again. So much food, that we allhad food to go because we were all full. An some of us took the dessert ???? Togo. Food was delish, service was good, price was ridiculously overpriced. We had 2 margaritas for $30. A single bottle of yuengling... was $10. Needless to say, unless you are only going to eat, not drink, or unless you want to pay an arm and a leg for a drink,this is not the place to go. Read more
The Pub has been in business for decades. You could call the decor ?vintage? or just say that it?s outdated. It is an old school... steak house that has other options on its menu. The menu is overwhelming. The food is always good, I?ve never had a badexperience with it. The bread they give you is my favorite. There is also a salad bar included with meals. This restaurant ishuge. But they pack people in. There is little distance between diners. In the time of Covid, this is unacceptable. They seem tohave no protocols in place for Covid. The assembly line salad bar was packed with people without masks or gloves. The priceshave gone up. They are now too high in my opinion. The service is good. But I?m basing that on my server. The steak is amazing, but the salmon is even better... words can't describe how great the food, salad bar, service, drinks and... atmosphere is! Did I mention the drinks? If you're not wanting to sit down and eat, the bar is a great option. Tip your serversand bar tenders well if plan on returning, they will remember you...???????? Read more
Wanted a nice date night with the hubby and this is where we ended up. Love this place!! Our waitress was so awesome!! She was... fun engaging, knowledge, smart, and did her job like a boss!!!
