I picked up an order of 60 wings on my husband's birthday 30 regular hot and 30 honey gold. The 30 Hot were so salty we could... barely eat them We ate the honey gold and I reported the problem to wing guru on poplar in collierville through an employee lefta name and number told her the problem she said she would contact a manager but I have till yet her anything back offered toeven bring some of the wings back The following day because they had closed by that time we had them that night!???? I didn'teven get any kind of response from anyoneI will probably not purchase there anymore. I did not really expect a replacement buta phone call with an apology would have been nice! Read more
Came in to pick up an order that was already placed online. When I get there they tell me it will be just a little bit longer... maybe about 8 minutes. 20 minutes later I asked the lady if she can tell me about how much longer that it will be and she said Iapologize we only have one person in the kitchen right now but it shouldn't be too much longer. She then finds out that they areout of party wings which is what my order consisted of only. She then proceeds to tell me it will be about another 20 minutes. Igot up and walked out because this is very unprofessional to have someone wait what would have been almost an hour for somethingthat should have been ahead of the other people's orders as far as the time it was placed. So not only was I sitting there forthe first 20 minutes without anyone checking on my order and being told that it was almost ready but truly it was not even beingworked on while several people kept getting their orders and leaving. When somebody comes in to pick up an order you shouldcheck the status of the order so that you can give an accurate wait time rather than having them just waiting while nothing isbeing prepared for them. Some of the best wings in the Memphis area. I love the variety of flavors and you don't have to tell them to cook hard. Wings... done perfectly. Little pricey but worth it. Stopped back here again this week and it has been several months. No decline onthe quality of the food and the friendly great service. I'm actually upgrading my star rating to a 5 star. Read more
