It?s was the most unfriendly store I?ve ever been in. The lights were off except the display case. It felt dirty , bare bones... and unkept. They had a sign on the door ? we have no ice? The staff acted like my walking in was an inconvenience . Norecognition except who going to take this , I?ll get them. No smiles just what would I like. I asked if they had any birthdaycookies cakes and the answer was you have to order in advance and then just starred at me. I didn?t know and no one in my househad made a decision til the birthday on what they wanted. No offer of we can make one for you though if you want to come backlater to pick up just starred at. I said I?m sorry I didn?t know and left. You be much better driving over to the Germantownlocation. They are friendly and we?re able to make me one in 30 mins after getting other orders done. Sometimes the pretzels are amazing, and sometimes they're just ok.

LOVE the pretzels and the staff! They are always so cheerful and make it an extra treat to be in their store. The new manager... really has turned the store into such a more well run business, I applaud her and her team!
