Arrived to pickup a to-go order. No one in line. There was a change of shift. The young lady asked if I was placing an order.... I advised I was picking up an online order. Then she left, for the day. Didn't check the order behind her, which was mine. Ayoung man finally came up and offered assistance. He apologized for her. We got there at 7:04 PM because their Google Maps said they?re open until 8. The staff said they had closed at 7 PM. The door... says they are open past 8 PM - maybe even 10. So we took our business down the street to a Sushi restaurant. Read more
Not the Newk's I remember and I'm not sure what happened. I grew up going to this location but the experience today was abysmal.... The portion sizes were smaller than expected and I'm not sure why they're still using the plastic take-out boxes, which are notvery user friendly. Normally, a lunch at Newk's involved wanting to prolong the visit and chat with your friends and family.Today, we sat in silence and some people didn't even finish their food. Gave us a lot of time to look around and note how theemployees needed to take better care of the space. The place was filthy and it shows in the food. Window seal at the booth was covered in funk and dead flies. The pizza was just... slopped together. Went in on Sunday to dine in and the salad was brought out in a plastic container. Paid $33 for a pizza andsalad for what was supposed to be a decent experience and got cheated! Read more
UPDATE: I left a review a few weeks ago that I was extremely unsatisfied and disappointed in this newks location. It didn?t take... long for the managers to reach out to me wanting to make things right. Big thank you to Mr. Cody and Mr. Matt for being SO kindand personally taking the time to send me a gift card in the mail. How extremely thoughtful is that! The lesson here is thatall restaurants make mistakes and will not be perfect, but a kind hard working staff with strong leaders is what it really comesdown to! 5/5 ?????????? Read more
Very messy, very disorganized. We arrived around 1:30pm and there were several folks in line that had been waiting for over 20... minutes. There was trash on nearly all of the tables where guests were not sitting. All of the online orders were disorganizedjudging by the frustration of those that came to grab orders on time. We ended up waiting 35 minutes for two sandwiches and asoup. If our food had not been up to par, this would be a 1 star review. They need a better daytime line manager than the guythey had. The employees were frustrated as well, but they never got it together in the 40+ minutes we were inside. Chooseanother lunch spot in Collierville unless you have a long lunch break. Read more
