We ordered directly from the website. They contract with a 3rd party for delivery. We called to check on why the pizza hasn?t... been delivered. The guy who answered the phone said the pizzas were ready and didn?t know why ?our delivery guy? wasn?t here.When I pointed out it was his delivery, all of a sudden the guy on the phone became very hostile and attempted to say it was ourproblem the delivery has not been picked up. He continued to argue as if it was our problem and actually hung up on us. Notsure how long they will stay in business, but don?t waste your time ever going here or ordering from here. If that?s the typeof person they hire, clearly they have no clue how to run a business. Read more
First time with Milano's. Online ordering was super easy and fast. Order was ready on time and accurate. Employees were friendly... and greeted us happily when we picked up the order. Food was great especially the Stromboli! Calzone and supreme pizza hadzero complaints. Milano's just became my new favorite pizza place! Looking forward to the next visit. Read more
So, after being told by another pizza place that they ?were not doing pasta right now? I decided to give Milano?s a try. I... loved their pizza - we used to get it all the time. But my wife had chicken Alfredo. It was absolutely terrible. The Alfredosauce wasn?t Alfredo sauce - it looks like they poured a large cup of milk on top of a bowl of bow tie pasta and sprinkled alittle Parmesan cheese on top of it and the mediocre chicken. It was practically inedible. The pizza barely had sauce on it buthad plenty of cheese. Not the flavor I remember either. They need to really focus on quality. Nice people. Friendly with good service but the food quality was poor this time. At least the pizza was edible. Read more

Came in and ordered two 18inch pizzas and they simply weren?t up to par. I did not like the pizzas that I received. We threw it... away. The crust was burnt and the toppings were not appetizing. Usually, when I eat at Milano?s there are no complaints.Unfortunately, i called in to potentially get a remedy to my complaint and was informed that they ?never get any complaints? sothey weren?t going to do anything about it. I guess as a paying customer my input didn?t matter in this situation. They used tobe a favorite but after today, I won?t be back. Read more
