Food was fresh and hot, very good!
Price × quality × quantity × speed yields a very poor product. We ordered the bucket which was 25 strips at $35. The strips... were too small to even call chicken nuggets. The taste was pretty good if you could get the breading to stay on the chickenscraps. The signature sauce was pretty good but the selection of sauce was slim pickings. As for speed, there were no othercustomers in the dining room and just a couple of cars in the drive thru. With the super simplistic menu selections, it shouldbe easy to crank out the necessary product. However it took much longer than chicken takes to fry. The only reason I would comeback is for the sauce until I can figure out how to make it myself. Even then, my homemade sauces would be monoliths to aseemingly paultry homage. If they need help with research and development, please contact me. I would be happy to teach themhow to properly prepare a better experience from start to finish. Read more
I love the Guthrie's on Germantown Parkway but this location is a not the same. My food looked like it had been just sitting up.... It was my first time going because it's right down the street from my job. Service was ok food just was not hot or fresh likethe other location. I was a little disappointed, because I didn't have to drive far to get my Guthrie's fix but I might makethat drive. Read more
Their slogan reads ?fresh, hot, fast? and I couldn?t agree more. This food was wonderful. I got the Snack and it was all of... those things. Their sauce was perfect! My only regret was not getting more of it. Their sweet tea was also deliciously sweet.Not sure why this doesn?t have more positive reviews. I enjoyed every bit of my Guthrie?s experience. Read more
They need listening skills like really bad!! We were traveling through Collierville and stopped and ordered 3 of the Boxes which... includes coleslaw. But requested one without coleslaw and extra fries and ALL 3 came without coleslaw. Please teach them to hearthe order properly to prevent travelers from having to post negative reviews. They place looked great, but was all downhill from there. Menu is very limited. You better like frozen crinkle fries because... that is the only side. Drinks are very limited also. The chicken fingers are no different from another chicken place incollierville that starts with a Z. The sauce is good, but sorry to say Guthries is average at best! 3 stars is generous. Read more
