Cookie cake not ready. Employees seemed put out when I tried to pick up my order when promised.

Very very disappointed in this place. I love to come here. Love the cookies and the icees. However when you have a line out the... door and one girl trying to handle everything while two more are behind the icee machine looking lost. No effort to help get theline down. 4 workers in the back who make/bake the food and frost cookies are NOT wearing masks and NO HAT. They are more busy talking than... working too. The two people in front are great employees tho. New covid rule says "if you work in a setting like a restaurantthat has close contact with people who are unmasked and if other workers are not vaccinated, then all employees need to bewearing masks ESPECIALLY the ones talking over the cookies Read more

The Collierville Great American Cookie came in and saved the day after Germantown dropped the ball on my son?s birthday order... (which after reading their reviews I am so relieved they lost my order ????????) I ordered 3 cakes 2 days before I needed themand it wasn?t an issue.
