I ordered a shake and tea. The young lady prepared my shake, and some of it spilled over the cup. She proceeded to take a balled... up paper towel that was already on the counter and clean around my cup. I asked her where did the paper towel come from and shesaid she had used it to clean up some water and tea that was on the counter. She said there was nothing wrong with the papertowel. She insisted again that there was nothing wrong with the used paper towel but then offered to make me a new shake. I saidyes. She made another one but didn?t apologize about the used paper towel or anything. There was another employee there who wasnot working at the time but standing on the other side of the counter, wiping her nose, picking up the straws (used for theteas), and scrolling through her phone. The customer service needs help, but the products taste good. Read more

Collierville Nutrition Spot is great. The employees are super helpful and friendly. The menu can be a little overwhelming;... however, the employees are super helpful and friendly and make great suggestions. My personal favorites are the StrawberryCrunch shake and Watermelon Crawl Tea. They also do fun holiday flavors as well. I usually place my order over the phone andpick up curbside and never have to wait. Read more
