Absolutely the worst ChickFila I have every been to. Terrible at both processing drive thru and managing inside customers. ... Always looks like there are too many people standing around unsure of what their role is. The food is never fresh tasting andfries are always shorted (oddest thing to cheap on). I pick up doordash orders here often, and sometimes food for myself. They are always friendly, and usually have the food ready... on time. I appreciate the parking spots on the side for delivery drivers, so we do not have to enter the parking lot. Read more
I have so many things to say about this chickfila place. The way the mangers treat their worker is absolutely terrible and... disgusting. I went on the day they had a storm, which was last week. It was raining heavily and I over heard one of themanagers, I think her name was Sarah, she told the runners to put on a raincoat and keep taking out orders. Now mind you, it waspouring rain heavily now. After minutes had passes, they finally let the runners stop running, and they were drenched. It wasabsolutely terrible. Chickfila needs to do better. I was in a hurry so I stopped here to get a grilled chicken wrap. The fries weren't drained nor cooked properly. They were... greasy and limp. I wish Chic-fil-A could train other restaurants on customer service. I have yet to have a bad experience with any of their staff... members. They have always been courteous and well mannered. We have usually had good experiences at this location but today my wife had "the first bad Chick-fil-a sandwich I've ever... had" The chicken was about 1/8 of all inch thick and didn't even fill the bun. Fries were perfect but the sandwich was super dry. My sandwich was drier than sand.. Chicken had hard tough batter and the meat... was thin and didn?t taste fresh. That long piece is deceiving it was all batter and no meat inside. They really are cutting backon portions so they need to adjust the price. My moms sandwich was dry and chicken looked like the portions they use onbreakfast sandwiches. Very disappointed. Read more
