They were out of fries. Not kidding. My blackened chicken salad had no chicken. We were the only car in line, and it still... took 15 minutes to get our food. Backyard Burgers has become a joke at every level, and it is sad because their menu is good. Read more
Ok so I realize this isn't a typical experience and I love backyard burger but this is unacceptable. I placed an online order to... this branch while I was sitting in their parking lot. Reason is because I was in a 16ft box truck that wouldn't fit throughdrive-thru. There was a line of cars in the drive-thru as well. So place my order, eventually go to the door. I discover thatthe store is actually empty and closed. People continued to line the drive-thru as long as I sat there trying to get a refundfrom corporate over the phone. Because although the store was closed it took my money. I was blown off by corporate who said theregional manager would be the one to handle it. Haven't heard from them again so I charged back my debt card. Shame on them thatthey didn't have a single sign nor anything blocking drive-thru. People wasted so much time sitting there thinking they weregetting their lunch. Lots probably wasted their entire lunch break. Update 7/7/22, they have a robot taking your order indrivethrough. Ordered a blackened chicken sándwich and got a blackened veggie burger. The veggie burger wasn't actually blackened. It was... burnt!! Gave 2 stars because milk shake and fries were good. Other than that, would've given 1 star Read more

I was in earlier in the week and peach cobbler was sold out. Today I went back and they had two. I placed order & was third in... line to the window. Waffle fries are delicious! Dare I say, better than Chickfila's! Great kids burger meal (esp. compared to fast food places). So... nice to have an indoor playground/treehouse on rainy days for kids! (Only warning is the tile floors are slick!) Read more
