Ordered on the app, waited 30 minutes for 3 drinks, hit the call button multiple times with no response. Drove around the... building and didn't see any employees. All stalls were filled and people waiting longer than us. No workers present but stillable to take my money from the app. If no one is there close the store and don't take money from the app. I will be disputingthe charge on my card and won't be returning to this Sonic. Awful service. There ware so many issues with our order last night I don't know where to begin. 1. Order on screen did not... match our order, when questioned was read correct order but charged wrong amount. 2. After waiting 20 minutes was told theycould not find our order. Interesting since we paid for something. 3. Katie was eating a burger in the food prep area. Notprofessional at all. 4. When trying to discuss this with Manager Monica she was rude and confrontational. So sad because wehave been going there for years. Not anymore. Read more
I bought the pop corn chicken and french fries from this place and its my 2nd experience of getting old smelling food . I bought... it for my daughter and she did not eat it and I ate one piece and came to know why she was not eating . Its was smelling likebad oil fried food/stock. I decided to take the food back and asked an employee to let the manager know that i want to talk andalso told the reason with the food and receipt . I waited there and on one came out( may be they were busy), I kept the foodwith the receipt on the window , I left as I dont want to waste my time and they were not concerned about their job and mytime. So friends please see if the food is fresh or edible before you give it to yours kids. Very bad experience and we willnot but any food from any of sonic locations from today onwards , Sonic should realize that we have other drive through foodplace also in USA . If a manager is reading this review please check your food ( pop corn chicken stock or just eat one to seeif its safe for giving to your customers. Also I called the phone number listed for this store from google map and its not evenringing and goes to voicemail that not working. Very good, quick and friendly people. I used the app, which allows me to tip with my debit card. It went smooth and seamlessly... start to finish. Great prices on drinks using the app, also. Read more
I just ordered a drink. The drink was mostly ice. Service was slow to bring out my order. I needed change from the payment,... my waitress didn't carry change so she said she would be back. 15 minutes later I was still waiting so I hit the call buttonand the waitress came out and knew what I wanted and played dumb like she didn't remember. Poor rating due to sarcastic young kids working there. We love the food but will not put up with ignorance! The girl mimicked my... husband when he asked a question. Service was nice. Mozzy sticks good. HOWEVER, the chicken slider buns were burnt. Just fyi sonic, I would have waited for you... to make another bun....and you were hardly busy. Have always had a good experience at this location.... until today. Placed an order in the app and was charged as usual. Arrived... to pick up my order and found tons of people looking in the windows of the building and knocking on the door since it waslocked. There was literally no one inside working. TONS OF PEOPLE trying to place or pick up orders but nobody around and nosign on the door or anything else saying they were closed. I don't understand why I was able to put in an order and be chargedwhen the store was apparently not open. I tried calling but was sent directly to a voicemail box that full. How am I and all ofthese other people supposed to get refunds? Read more
