Everytime my husband and I come here they are closed at least 30 min early and sometimes an hour. Showed up again today on 11/29... at 8:20pm and they were supposed to close at 9pm and were already closed. Found another yogurt place down the street that honorswhat time they close. Read more

Says they open at 12 everyday me and my family came after a family lunch just to pull up and weren?t open after sitting for 10... minutes outside thinking they might just be inside trying to open up but after calling with no answer there was no one even inthe building. Will never try to go here again Edit: After I got a response back saying to give this place a try again thesecond picture is my second experience also in response to the employee supposedly ?being there? why did no one answer the phoneother than simply no one actually being there. No employees in the lobby at all. Second time at this place first time was duringbusiness hours around 1/2pm on a Saturday and the store was completely closed even called the store. This time employees notvery professional and after we had paid never stepped foot back in the lobby. Very unprofessional and would not recommend thislocation to anyone. Need new staff or older staff because being ran by teens does not work. I will never be returning to thislocation. This is exactly how you runs business into the ground. Complete joke Read more

I enjoyed my vist to Menchie's for the most part. The establishment was clean, the process to get my frozen yogurt was simple,... and there was plenty of toppings to choose from. My only issue was with the staff who helped me check out. She was over all,very apathetic about what she was doing. She didnt really seem to care or want to answer my questions regarding the rewardsprogram or anything of sort. It was pretty off putting. But overall, Menchie's provides a quick easy and relatively affordabledessert option. Read more

Menchie's Colleyville has delicious frozen yogurt cakes which are a great alternative to an ice cream cake!!! They are yummy,... can be customized, and the staff is exceedingly responsive and professional. Attached is a picture of the Valentine's Cake theycrafted for me. A+ Read more

The Truth be Known, I have a soft spot for yogurt and Menchie's never disappoints! The facility is clean, they are involved in... the community and to me that matters. The yogurt is the finest around and the toppings are always fresh. I love it when I get toweigh my creation and the person behind the counter grins like "you going to eat all that"?
