Im a subway type of gal and wanted a sandwich, my partner told me about McAlister and how they are up there as a sandwich shop.... The atmosphere was light, the service was fast & amazing, cashier 3 was very patient with us and suggested the ???? lemonadewhich was AMAZING!!! I couldn't make my mind up on what to order and as the cashier suggested I can always come back and trymore things on the menu & I definitely will!! For two people it was $30.58. I?ve honestly just had it with this location. I?ve probably ordered from them 50 times because unfortunately this is the closest... one to my home. 50 times. And I can?t think of even ONE time where my order has had the extra sour cream that I asked for. Notonce. And it may seem minuscule but it?s not. It?s the straw that breaks the camels back. It?s the extra disappointment thatcomes after you?ve already had a long day and everything could go wrong. EVERY time, I write it off because it?s just sour creambut EVERY time, I paid money for a service that I can?t even fully enjoy and can?t complain about because it?s minor. Today waseven worse because I fully expected not to get my extra sour cream after months of refusing to even order delivery again and notonly was my sour cream not in there (EVEN if the bag says to put 2) my Mac and cheese was a complete joke. This foolishness wasnot Mac and cheese. This was melted Kraft cheese in a styrofoam cup. This was a joke. I?m completely over it. I?m over thisfood. I?m over your delivery attempts. Super friendly staff and fresh food. Had multiple staff members ask if we needed refills on our beverages or needed anything... with our meal. I go to other McAlister?s in the area and it seems like a hassle if I ask an employee for a refill. Not here.Benjamin the manager was great and I even saw him sweeping the floor which as a retail manager myself I appreciate that he doeseven the simple tasks other employees could do. 2022 - McAlister's in Colleyville, TX has many wonderful dishes ... today I got the kid's broccoli chicken bowl - we've gotten... it may, many times ... also, the Turkey Jalapeno Crunch sandwich is very yummy as are their soups .. my husband like their bakedpotatoes stuffed with beef ... their tea is always fresh which is always a plus! 2021 - McAlister?s New Romesco ChickenSandwich is pretty good although I still like the Jalapeno Turkey Crunch much better! Both have a little kick to them! Andboth reheat good in the microwave (30 seconds)!! My newest find is the Savannah Chopped Salad (I cut the dried cranberries,cucumbers and tomatoes) .. love the dressing! Read more

Looks disgusting and was dry and probably old This is supposed to be Rotel but it?s 95% tomato, no cheese . Receipt clearly... shows butter and sour cream and didn?t get that either .
