The past three visits to this location, the chicken in my sandwich is undercooked (translucent). Tonight, I ordered the chicken... strip meal and thankfully the chicken was cooked through but the fries were a huge disappointment. It appears I got the bottomof the barrel with all the pieces and burnt ends. While this location is closest to my house and more convenient, I will bedriving to either Grapevine or another location in the future! Very disappointed! Read more

First off, before I start let me just say this staff is incredible. I?m a big fan of chick fi la. But I will travel the distance... to go to this one. Spencer took my order and helped me out. Not only did he help me figure out what I wanted. But he asked howmy day was and actually started a conversation with me. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. he made sure my order was correct and just mademe feel welcomed haha. Just a great place. Abby & Chriona greeted me with a smile and just a positive attitude when I got myfood. Both made me feel like I was part of the family. Overall great place to eat. Steady and fast. Do not order extra crispy fries. This was recommended by a friend and it resulted in dark brown and hard fries. Would rather... have some soggy by the time we arrived home rather than hard fries. Otherwise Chick-fil-A has great food. They have quarticedream option now for $5 dessert. Read more
We normally do drive-thru here but went inside to dine instead. The restaurant had more unoccupied dirty tables than customers.... We were only 1 of 3 tables of customers in the location and drive-thru was relatively empty, since it was mid-day. Lots ofemployees standing around, doing nothing. Will not eat here again, based on employees lack of clean standards in theirrestaurant. I was grossed out and thru my lunch away. I've never seen the CFA location further down 26 look anything butpristine. This location did not look or feel like a Chick-fil-A, even my kids were grossed out. Read more
