They had only the regular donuts non of the specialty donuts. The only cold drinks they had were water and apple juice. I could... not understand them and even worse they could not understand what I was saying. Language difficulty. Instead of being nice aboutit they were rude. Never again!! They are out of everything!!!! Read more

I typically get a Dunkin' from this store, but for some reason they consistently mess up my order. It's also not difficult.... Because it was the closest to where I was heading last week, I gave it another try, although this time I got hazelnut instead ofFrench vanilla. If it were extremely crowded and it were my first time, I could have understood, but sadly, I was the only onein the drive-thru and it wasn't. I will no longer be stopping by this site after that! Drive thru and parking lot layouts are weird. You can miss the drive thru sign and end up in the parking lot with only one way... out of it. I pull up to the window and one staffer takes my payment. They then leave me sitting there for a few minutes while 4other vehicles line up behind me. FINALLY another (much nicer) staffer asks if I'm being helped and I said what I ordered. Thatstaffer then reaches under the counter by the window and pulls out my food & coffee. Why couldn't the first employee who took mypayment hand it over and not build up the line behind me? Will NEVER swing by this place again. Went through the Drive-thru... Couldn't hear the person on the other end. It was a... rainy day, and I didn't know it (yet), but she had a mask covering her face; which didn't make it any easier to hear. I decidedto just pull around the front, and order my donuts/food inside the establishment. I waited for a few minutes... Nobody greetedme... I waited a few minutes more, and finally - the woman SITTING on the SAME counter where the food is prepared, decided tostand up and greet me... "Hi sir... Are you picking up an order, or trying to order inside?" Me: "I'd like to place anorder..." Her: "I'm sorry... We don't accept orders inside... You have to go through the drive-thru to place anorder..." Me: "ahhhh...I see... Well, I was just in the drive-thru, but I couldn't hear you (as I noticed she was wearing amask). It's raining outside, so maybe 'that's' the 'reason' why. Can I place an order due to this issue? Her: "no sir... You have to order through the drive-thru." Me: "okay...have a nice day..." I will NEVER solicit this business again... If Iever want this particular brand, I will LITERALLY drive 30 miles to the next location. 1) Don't treat your customers likethey're morons. 2) Stop sitting on the SAME counter you prepare food on. 3) GET OFF YOUR PHONE WHILE AT WORK!!!!! I walked by the big sign about only doing mobile pickup orders, not realizing. I walked in and saw the second sign, so was just... going to do a quick order and wait, but the guy said he'd just take my order since they were slow. Very nice dude. Coffee wasperfect and sandwich was good. I know Dunkins can be very inconsistent, but I had a good experience at this one! ???? Read more

Order is incorrect more often than not. Even though I say I would like almond milk in my coffee, they put cream. They even have... forgotten to give me items I ordered and I have had to remind them of it on more than one occasion. It is upsetting because Imake sure to confirm what I would like, yet they still can?t seem to get it right. If you don?t care that they mess up orders,go here. Read more

Unfortunately, this place, like so many others, has suffered in their quality since the start of this pandemic. Don?t get there... anywhere close to their closing time, as employees regularly are gone exactly at the closing time. They turn customers away andstop serving customers well before the closing time to ensure that they themselves are gone by this time. If this is how you nowoperate daily, change your closing time to post to your customers an honest time they can expect, and then schedule youremployees half an hour past that time so there?s time built in for them to clean up and leave. If this means making closingtime 5:30, instead of 6:00, so be it, but be transparent for your customers. You can?t expect to have a closing time and haveall employees gone and the place cleaned up all at the same closing time. This used to be our favorite Dunkin?, but now it?ssuch a disappointment.
