Everything was great when ordering and everyone was nice.... however I wanted tea and there wasn't any brewed... and the music... was on in the lobby and the people in the back had their music blasting also... it was very off putting... I get that the peoplein the back want to hear their music... however they really shouldn't do that during peak hours... it was quite annoying andvery insensitive to your patrons. Got the Thursday special which are 2 orders of boneless thighs with fries and did carry out at this store. Let?s start off by... saying that service at this store is horrible. When I said my name for the order, the cashier only gave me my cups and never mybag even though my bag was already sitting on the shelf for carry out. I assumed someone from the kitchen was gonna hand it tome instead but they were just talking. It was very obvious I was waiting for my food at the register but everyone working thereturned a blind eye. The cashier ignored me and proceeded to just talk to her friend in the store and few workers in the backmade eye contact with me but ignored me as well. Finally someone from the back came out and gave me my bag after about waiting 8minutes for a pick up order! Not only that but the thighs weren?t even good. One of my orders was Korean bbq sauce and therewere only actually 4 full thigh pieces, the rest were small fried chicken bits. You can also see in the photo that those fullthigh pieces were barely drenched in the sauce but the small chicken bits were fully drenched. Definitely do not go to thisstore for good service.
