1st of all when I called in my order I was told it was gonna be a 40 minute wait (when i was right next door and it didn't look... very busy at all) in a very rude tone then I decided to go ahead and place an order and Ashley was the rudest I have everexperienced. So when I got there she was very unprofessional when I asked for a detail receipt. I feel more training needs tobe done on customer service. The person who answers the phone is so rude and makes you feel so rushed and like it?s a bother that I?m calling to place an... order for pick up . It?s the second time I place an order . We come to play corn hole every Wednesday at 4 downs and we tendto order a lot. Same person who answers the phone same ugly attitude.It?s the Last time My husband and I will be ordering . I ordered online and was pleased with the interface. Simple and effective. One minor improvement would be to not require... deselecting a flavor for the French fries before selecting a custom flavor. The food was ready when I arrived and was stillhot. Monday?s and Tuesday?s they were advertising $0.60 boneless wings. You may want to check their specials. The wings weregood and I was impressed with the Garlic Parmesan Wings. The Mild were decent but I should have ordered either hotter or adifferent flavor. The fries were a bit over seasoned for my preference, they were also good. They were the soft style offries. If you want crispy there was an option on the website that I would do next time. This was my first time at a wing stop and I am NEVER EVER GOING TO ONE AGAIN. My experience at this restaurant was extremely... terrible. The man taking the orders was impatient and rude. The good was greasy, soggy and tasted like nothing but grease andpepper. Oddly enough the ranch tasted like water- which as you know is flavorless. My boyfriend's stomach started hurtingimmediately after he finished his meal his stomach started to hurt and he has a stomach of steel. Oh I forgot the fries were toosalty and had too much seasoning.
