Every-time we order on the app it takes at least 20 minutes AFTER we already waited the suggested 20 minutes before going to... pick up the order. However, this recent time was just disappointing. We placed an order on the app and went in to get it,however after asking our names they never got back to us on if our order was ready, so we waited for 20 min as usual. Still nofood. So we go up to someone and ask again and they tell us our order never went through, which would totally be our bad. So weplace the order again and wait another 20-30 minutes, with a few employees coming up and asking our name for our order but nevergetting back to us. Turns out the app wasn't working and at this point we had waited for an HOUR with no one helping us or eventelling us the app was not working. I understand 100% when there are technical difficulties, and do not blame the workers forthe apps miss function, however it is ridiculous that we waited for so long with no help other than being asked our name a fewtimes. It is ridiculous to not get back to the customers and just leave them waiting. We would have happily placed an order inthe restaurant instead of waiting an hour had the employees been a little more proactive in communicating with us. Will not beusing the app ever again and do not recommend this whataburger and its poor customer service. Note: after ordering in personversus the app they got it out to us in 5 minute?s versus the usual 40 minutes we wait for the order. They absolutely do not putany priority on mobile orders even if you wait the full 20 minutes before going in it will take another 20 to actually get thefood. Very disappointing that they would leave customers waiting so long. I understand being busy, but this is ridiculous. Read more

Being a delivery driver, I've been to places in College Station I didn't know even existed! First time at this Whataburger... location and I was shocked at how busy it was. I even seen more delivery drivers there ( I don't know why I thought I was theonly one ????) One thing I can say I LOVED about this location was THE FREAKING ICE! So the Bryan locations have the square ice(I hate it). This location have the cylinder-shaped ice! I had no idea they did! I even contemplated taking my customer's drinkfor myself. ???? If I have to drive ten miles just to get a large Rootbeer with cylinder-shaped ice ????, I WILL! ????? Read more

As we all know Whataburger is a go to and just well top tier fast food burger! Unfortunately at this particular location I'm... always ordering the new burgers! BACON Blue Cheeseburger emphasis on the bacon because they forget it everytime, they also takeawhile which is understandable and don't mind waiting which I'm assuming it takes so long because they are making sure everyorder comes out right. Fail to deliver. Would be 5 stars if it weren't for that. Read more

The woman at the front was very nice. For some, unknown, reason it took us (3 people) about 30 minutes to get our food. We... were the only people in the lobby at the time we ordered. Several groups came in after us and were all eating before we were. We went up there at the 20 minute mark to see what the holdup was. No real answer. The manager did give us coupons for 3 freemeals. I came by after work to grab a quick meal before heading home. I waited at the speaker for no less than 7 minutes before someone... even began to talk to me. After I pulled up behind the singular car at the window, I waited more than 15 minutes before I wasable to pull up and get my payment taken. The food was as to be expected at a Whataburger, but the service put me off wanting tocome to this location again. Read more

Never eat here. My son-in-law warned me about how they get orders wrong/missing food. He was right. We order on line 8-6-22. We... pick up and check out food before we leave. Yep, missing hamburger. I go inside to the girl that gave us our food. She saidhold on and got the manager on duty at the time. Manager comes and says can I help you? I said yes, we are missing a hamburger.She said no, her employees said it is in the bag. I said if it was in the bag I would not be here. I said If you want you cancome and check (we were parked right outside). She didn?t come and check. She gave us another hamburger . I ask for the GM nameand number because I was displease on how she responded. It took her a couple of minutes before she gave it to me. I called twotime a left a message for Benjerman Flores to call me(the GM). On the third time I called told a girl with the last name Cupidwas great and got him to call me. When he called me and I told him about the situation, never once apologized nor did he saythe he got the messages I left earlier in the week. He did ask what he could do 2 times but never apologized. Cashier Charlotte has the worst attitude, and for the last two days has been consistently rude to us while trying to order.... Several other customers have walked out upset while we have been sitting here waiting for out food so I know we are not justbeing sensitive. Take her out from behind the counter and maybe hide her in the back where she doesn?t have to talk to anyone.Food was good though! Read more

Amazing customer service. Food was great ????. Place was clean. I asked for one ketchup and got two. Mustard is what gives... Whataburger its distinctive flavor. So I asked for one mustard, but they don't have it in little packages, so they got me asmall cup of it!. They exceeded my expectations which is truly appreciated. I have had bad experiences in other locations butthis one is on the very top. Read more
