Love this place. However the 'no talkers' that they have working in the drive thru, the ones who hand you your food, should not... be in the drive thru. Everyone is mostly nice then the last face I see holds out my food and says nothing... It makes it akwardand always ruins my experience. Every. Time. Say anything, hello, thank you, come again or even just a smile or nod. It's alwaysthe same experience. I am an avid taco bell customer, but this location always leaves my feeling some type of way. Ownership needs to step up the game here. I don't mean the shift manager here who is overworked. Whoever own this franchise here... needs to step in because this location is chaos. Drink machine was dirty and not working well. And they were out of drink cups.They missed an item on my order. I will not be returning. Again, it's not the underpaid and overworked employees. The inside setup sucks. Having to order on a screen, getting someone's attention is impossible cause they all face away from the... counter. Put my order into the computer screen twice and after waiting for 35 mns I walked out. I did notice not one person inthat whole time paid cash...maybe taco bell is done taking cash. Read more

Depending on the day time frame you go depends on the type of service u get. I would say daytime is the best if u have any... issues which at this location you will. I understand this location is very busy, but take a place like in n out or chickfila, oreven canes 90% of the time my service is excellent something Taco Bell needs to work on. I can deal with a wrong order andexplain and have it corrected, what you cant take back is bad customer service. I dont want to see anyone walking around doingnothing especially if there's a long line and my order is wrong. I also want to be told that my favorite potato tacos aremissing the sauce because they ran out, some may think it's small but if u dont eat meat or just want a lower sodium option thenthey need to explain that a piece of the product isnt available. Luckily because I expressed concern to the manager he was veryaccommodating but the issue could have been solved with a more mature staff member. Also taco bell, please please please have aworldwide meeting with all of your general managers and have them put all staff on the food line that can tell when food iscold, hard, needs to be wasted, soggy all of this. The pricing doesnt match up with the quality or even quantity of food. To pay10.00 for 3 soggy tacos you should be ashamed as a whole company. Read your reviews for your stores and u will see how thenumbers add up. Oh and bring your meximelts back and get rid of this insane 1 taco a day membership it's insane to thinksomeone other than a toddler could eat one taco a day at least make it 3 and work the pricing on that. Or better yet give me acall I'll help u will the logistics of what you customers want. Its simple keep up with your stores and you'll see a profit andhire people who want to work and maybe give them more of an incentive to. Read more

I?ve gone to this location a couple times and I?ve never had an experience as horrible as this. I pull up to the first window... and drive to the next. Then some lady at the first window yells at me to reverse because my order is not ready. You guys shouldtrain your employees properly instead of yelling at the customer. I've been going to this Taco Bell location on University drive in College Station Texas for over 15 years! Yesterday at 5:30 I... had the best service experience I've ever had at that location! Employees were wiping down counters, tables, restocking, movingwith purpose and cleaning up behind themselves. I asked to speak to the manager, Alina, and complimented her and the entirestaff who were eagerly looking at me to see what I was saying. I let the manager know my experience was a reflection of herleadership, and she said she'd only been on the job 6 months. Taco Bell you have a superstar in her, literally every employeewas on task looked happy and the service was flawless, and the food was awesome too! Read more

Long, slow line and my 2 chicken soft tacos had the tiniest pinch of meat in them. Disappointing. Not worth $6 in value, but at... least it tasted alright. The location is really great though, the seating is adequate, and the cashier was friendly. I don?tknow if I?d return. Read more
