Mobile ordered and they gave me the wrong bread but otherwise tasted as good as any other Subway

If I could get it zero stars I would. My 2 friends and I walked in here at 9:18. The worker loudly groaned and when we asked her... if they were closed she said they didn?t close until 10. Before she started making the sandwiches she loudly said, ?Whateverlet?s just get this over with.? She was slamming our food around, groaning, and rolling her eyes the whole time. The worstcustomer service I have ever received. It was 42 minutes before closing and 3 simple sandwiches. I will not be returning untilshe is punished or fired. Read more

This place doesn't even deserve A STAR. To start with ,the customer service was the worst i have ever seen in any subway stores.... I asked for a turkey sandwich but the server provided a chicken breast sandwich instead. I feel extremely dissapointed anddisrespected. I was ordering my sandwich and the server was rushing me, so i couldn't focus to watch how my order was beingmade. When i called politely to ask for a replacement, one of the server yelled at me and scolded me for not paying attentionwhen the sandwich was being made. I sincerely hope that this matter is being taking care of seriously and this server be giventhe proper and essential customer-service training. Read more

I'm satisfied.. even sat down to eat.. it was clean and good employees!

This is the first time I went to this specific Subway in College Station. Usually I go to the one by Wendy?s on 2818. I wish I... had gone there again today. The workers there were incredibly rude. When I asked for veggies on my sandwich, the sandwich artistrolled his eyes and threw them onto my sandwich. He also looked at one of his coworkers, motioned to my sandwich and rolled hiseyes again. He also told my boyfriend, who was with me at the time, that his sandwich was going to fall apart by the time wemade it home and didn?t offer to fix it or anything. I said thank you several times and I was ignored. I used to work at aSubway for two years so I like to think I understand the ?struggle of a sandwich artist? and I don?t think I ask for things toodifficult or complicated. I have never been treated like this by any employee in subway before and this experience reallyruined, not only this specific subway, but my afternoon as well. Read more

I usually don't do reviews but, I think that this establishment and the two employees that were working that night on 7/23/16... should be recognized. I have been to many Subways and I have never been to one where CUSTOMER SERVICE was as great as that. Theyoung gentlemen and young lady would come to our table several times to ask if we needed refills or if they could throw ourtrash away. Thank you for wonderful service we definitely will be back.
