They make decent drinks (usually), but I have to say, the entire crew could use some coaching on actual customer service... skills. One stands in the corner playing on her phone, the other stares vacantly when you are talking, and the red hairedgentleman was just cranky and lacked people skills. Kind of off putting to go inside and deal with people who seem like they?drather be anywhere else but at work, and these people are handling our drinks. Clearly this is an issue that goes unaddressedhere, since posting, I?ve noticed I?m not the only patron with the same grievances. I don't go here very often unless i'm really treating myself. The prices are high but the smoothies are delicious. They have a... ton of flavors and I don't have a clue which one is my favorite. I usually pick something fruity. This time I got banana berryand have no complaints. It was good. Next time I should try a chocolate something because that is right up my pallet. We are frequent customers and typically we enjoy our drinks. Today was a major exception. Our drinks all tasted awful and by... awful, I mean we had to go to an appointment right after we got them and they ended up in the trash. The staff today was rudeand seemed absolutely put out having to serve customers, also, and it was reflected in the seriously disappointing products wereceived. What a waste of money this visit was!! If management even reads this, there is a serious coaching opportunity herethat needs to be acted upon. Please employ better staff that actually takes pride in their work and values customers. Terrible service and mediocre smoothies. Whoever worked the drive through this morning around 8:10am; clearly has a problem with... someone in uniform. This Smoothie King location is very clean and organized. Every employee makes sure to get your smoothie the way you would like... in a friendly manner. The selection of smoothies and protein beef jerky, vegan cookies, protein chips, etc. is awesome! Theyalways have deals and coupons too which is nice. The $5 Friday?s are worth it. Insanely slow. Don't go here unless you have about 25-35 minutes to get a smoothie. I have been here twice and went through the... drive through both times. First time, it was just me and 1 other car. The front lot had little to no vehicles parked in it. Ittook about 20 minutes to get the other car's two smoothies and then mine. I thought maybe it was slow because the store was new,that they were still learning. Second time was this morning, about a month later. They had about 9 cars backed up and I was inthe middle. I sat in the drive through for 25 minutes and I only moved twice. At that rate, with 4 more cars in front of me, Iwould have been there for quite a while. I had to get to work, so I left. Smoothie-less. I don't often (if ever) leave poorreviews.. but this seemed a bit ridiculous. I love smoothie King... I've been going to other locations for years and they arenormal speed.
