I had a door dasher picked up my order and when he arrived I told him my boyfriend was getting the cash and next thing I know... the guy was gone with my pizza! I guess the guy didn?t know English!! It was marked as delivered called the store and all theywanted to do was cancel my order! Read more
Ordered two pizzas, two wings, and bread, about 10:35 pm on 6/26/22, I thought I had ordered from the wrong pizza hut and... immediately called the store to confirm. It in fact WAS the right store. The person whom helped (I did not catch his name)confirmed my delivery address, the payment amount, how I would be paying, what room number we were in. I thought that was allgreat and after driving from out of town to college station (we made it here about 930) we were starving and pizza would havehit the spot! I watched the pizza hut tracker say my pizza was in the oven and the estimated time of delivery would be 11;08 pm.Okay that's not terrible at all! So we wait. And wait and wait. Now by 11:40 one son and husband have gone to sleep, husbanddidn't get to eat ANYTHING because we were WAITING on pizza. Finally about midnight I decided they weren't coming. Theinformation on my app has gone away and the points were added to my pizza hut account as If I had paid for this food. Which wedidn't pay. Pizza is always on time, hot and ready for the family to enjoy. Staff members are always kind. They forgot to delivere my salad... along with my pizza. But the staff members were happy to fix the situation. And I got my tasty salad. Read more
