My experience here was not amazing. It?s no fault of the workers because there was only one man to run the register, cook the... pies, and run the orders and only one delivery driver that day. My pie came to me and it was all messed up. Different sized piethan I ordered, mixed up toppings. So I went back and asked for a new pie. But since I said there was only one man workingthere, we had to wait 20 minutes for a new pie to get to us. When we finally got the right pie, it was decent. Not the best pieever but better than your typical ?Hot and Ready? pies. I will return at a later date and this review might update. I hopemanagement can hire more staff and improve pie accuracy. Was sent a coupon in the mail for a free large one topping pizza called to order the pizza and was told the code didn?t work and... to use it on the app. Tried it on the app. IT DIDNT WORK! Called back to order the pizza was told the coupon isnt working bc thecode isn?t updating in their system but he can give me a coupon for something different. Very disappointed! Ordered 2 calzones, 3 diet cokes, and 2 garlic dipping sauce. Only 2 calzones were delivered and nothing else. I asked to... redeliver the drinks and dipping sauce. 45 mins later, the delivery dude showed up with just 3 regular cokes. This location usedto be great with generous portions and toppings. #5167 The wings were only sauced on one side, not coated all around. the pizza bowl was only half full when I paid for extra... toppings, the manager refuse to rectify their mistake but have no issue taking my money. Im reporting to BBB & a review on everysocial media platform. I called to the store to let them know that I was dissatisfied when I received my food. KAY said to callback & they will get us another order ?FOR FREE. Just call back and ask for KAYLIN/MARCO or tell whomever our name when u call.?Cool. Sure. I call back a week later and SAMMY tells me that he can redo the order but I?d have to pay for delivery. I mean, Idon?t want to, honestly, but hey, compromise? I told him, sure. I?ll pay the $4. I don?t own a vehicle & im not the one who fkdup, technically so why couldn?t it be delivered? Ok, whatever. I?m going to pay u the fonkass $4. The phone gets disconnected &so I called back. Sammy begins to tell me that I can?t have my order delivered because the general manager said ?no!? This iswhere i then became upset. I?ve already explained to SAMMY that im immobile. That?s why I ordered delivery to begin with. Evenupon me agreeing to even come out of pocket to pay for it to be delivered, was bending to darn far!! I am the customer, & nothat doesn?t mean I get to default to being right, but in this situation, im fkd! No refund was offered. No order will bedelivered. No manager came to the phone. I asked for a contact, SAMMY wouldn?t give me one. He said I had to wait until theycome in to speak to ?A MANAGER? but didn?t tell me when they would be there. hmph?cute.
