Came here for dinner because we had never tried it. I think it will be my last time to come here! Ordered a Hawaiian Pizza and... when it was cooked, there was no pineapple on it. Ok, no big deal...I took it back and said you forgot the pineapple. The nextthing I know, we get the same pizza back (not a new pizza despite keeping it back there for 10 minutes) with pineapples thrownon top of it! Pizza was no longer hot but was good tasting even with the unbaked pineapples. Read more
These guys used to have pretty good pizza , but last week we ordered one by phone and when we arrived at the store nobody had... even heard of us, no order nothing, today trying to order one online and the employees there don't even know how to talk to acustomer and make things right i am done with Marcos hire & train !!! Good pizza HORRIBLE customer service. When we first started ordering from Marcos we never had issues, pizza was delivered hot... and correct and online ordering worked. Now we have tried several times to order online and it says we are outside of deliveryarea (we are not as we have had delivery from them many times) also all coupons we get in the mail from them do NOT work onlineand when we try to call in and order with the same coupon we get told the coupon is for online only and they can't give us thatprice. We say we tried online and the code doesn't work and they just shrug it off and tell us there is nothing they cando...save your money and order from South Flo's in HEB instead cheaper, better service, and pizza is just as good!! Great pizza. Awful customer service. Tried ordering on their website. After getting all the way through the process, a pop up... window states that I am outside the delivery area. I know I'm not because they have delivered to my house multiple times, and Isee their delivery vehicles all through my neighborhood. I call the store and place an order for 4 extra large 2 topping pizzasfor $10.99 each, which was advertised as a Deal on the store's website. The total that I was given over the phone matched whatit showed online, so I figure all is good. When the delivery driver shows up, the pizzas are larges, not the extra larges(feeding a bunch of teenagers for a birthday party) that we had ordered. I manage to catch the driver before they drive awayand explain that the order is incorrect. The receipt that she shows me is for 4 large pizzas for the same price that the extralarges were advertised for ($10.99 per pizza). She calls the store and explains the situation to the manager. The first thingthe manager says is that they don't offer that deal. I explain the issue with the website. Next they say that deal onlyapplies to online orders. I told the manager that if their website was working correctly I would have ordered online. Then theysay they can remake the pizzas as extra larges, but they have to charge me full price. I wasn't looking for anything for free. I just wanted what I ordered for the price I expected to pay. The manager didn't seem to care to do anything to fix thesituation, other than to make excuses. I sent the pizzas back and the driver returned my cash. Domino's got my businesstonight. Marcos no longer will. Read more
We came to visit College Station for Santa?s Wonderland and Marcos was next to our hotel. Glad we decided to try. The pizza,... calzone, and staff were excellent. Plus the restaurant was very clean as we dined in. From the counter the kitchen looked veryclean as well. Next time we visit from San Antonio we DEFINITELY will come back. Read more
After the last several times have been pretty slow and unreliable, I get this. Box is fine, they just put an open garlic dipper... in. Now my seat and floorboard have a nice greasy petine and smell. It's getting frustrating as this was our go to pizzalocation. Read more
