This store is horrible workers just walking around dazed and confused on there phone not really caring at all about there job... not wearing hair nets or wearing gloves while handling my food one guy gave me weird creepy vibes and the guy that took my orderwas rude and didn?t let me finish placing my order I had to wait for a supreme pizza to be made and when I got home it was grossthe veggies was just thrown on there in a pile in the middle they tasted like they wasn?t chilled properly and was left outsince yesterday and the dough was still white after coming out the oven it was just horrible and the wings I ordered was soggyand just mush with bbq sauce drizzled on top and it took 15 minutes to be helped when on 2 cars in the drive thru and no oneinside and now I feel sick to my stomach will not be going back unless someone fires these workers and train someone how to makepizza better Read more

To the Asian guy working October 21st at around 9:57 PM: you?ve lowered the standard of bad customer service by a lot. Never... have I gotten as mad at someone working the register as I did with you with your sarcastic tone, ?sir, it?s very late.? Withemphasis on very. You close at 11. This place is the worst little ceasers in town!!! Compared to the one on Villa Maria and Tx Ave, this store can never get things... right. Always waiting 15-20 min to get someone to take an order, then add another 15 min because they never have pizzas ready. Iordered Crazy bread today, only for it to look like a stuff ball, when in to get it changed. Manager rudely rolled his eyes,said to wait 30 minutes and walked away! I normally don?t do reviews, but I have had an issue almost every time I go into this little Caesar?s. There?s some guy in there... named Victor that every time get pizza here he is absolutely rude to me. He is not professional at all. And anything that yousay to him or ask him seems to be an issue. He acts like he can?t stand helping customers out. Or working in general. Theymessed up my order one time and when brought it back to let them know. He acted like it wasn?t a big deal and that it was myfault that they made the pizzas like that. I don?t know what his problem is but. I recommend driving to another store. Don't waste your time trying to come here. I tried calling ahead to place an order for a classic pepperoni togo, and the guy who... answered the phone told me to just come in and get a hot and ready and didn't take my order. When I pulled up to the drive thru,after waiting for 5 min before being greeted, they informed me they were all out of everything for at least 30 min. Tonight'sthe finals, I get it. People are ordering pizza like crazy, just wish they had taken my order to begin with and we couldveavoided the entire situation. Between the hustle and ?get er done? attitude, these guys are simply the best. Their attention to detail and customer service is... 2nd to none. I will continue to get my pizza fix here, and highly encourage others to do so. P.s. While the automated onlineorder pizza robot thing makes the experience more convenient, it takes away the wonderful experience of meeting this amazingteam face to face. Read more
