The service was really bad. Took forever to get food and plate for salad bar. Asked the rude manager for a cup of ice for my... bottled water and he didn?t want to give me one because he didn?t believe I bought a bottled water. Before I left I made aspecial trip to the front to show him I had indeed bought a bottled water. I ordered the salad bar; that was Thursday, November3. Thursday night I threw up all night and then began having diarrhea. My family took me to the hospital. I was just dischargedtoday, Saturday, November 5. The doctor told me that it was probably the lettuce or raw spinach that gave me food poisoning. Ihave tried calling but of course, no one will talk to me. One way or another I will get my $26 back spent on the lunch that putme in the hospital and made me so sick and weak. Read more
I got the penne and meatballs. It was delicious. I also got a tomato basil soup and that one was okay. Was kinda annoyed how... expensive the soup was for almost nothing. Wasn?t my favorite. The service was great and staff were friendly. Would go backagain to try other things. Read more
Picked up a salad to go about an hour before closing. The cashier was friendly but the kitchen staff didn't take the time to cut... some of the items to more reasonable chunks. Always enjoy the soft serve but it was too soft. I had my one cone and left. I'vehad much better offerings at other locations but will blame this experience on them trying to head out. Read more

Your attention todetail, quick service and a great attitude were greatly appreciated. This used to be one of my favorite places to eat. Apparently they have a new manager and I don?t think she has been trained on... customer service, or maybe she doesn?t care. Based on some comments I have read, others have had the same experience. I don?tplan to return for a long time. Hopefully when I do they will have resolved their issues. UPDATE: I had lunch here last weekendand everything was much better! The staff were friendly and courteous. The food was good and fresh. I am glad they haveresolved the issues I mentioned above. I placed a pick up order that was ready faster than I could get to Jason?s Deli! And the order was perfect in spite of a couple... of special requests. The salad was fixed just the way I would have fixed it had I been in the store. I have found that Jason?sis so accommodating- if something is not right, they WANT to fix it and make it right. My favorite place to grab a quick healthy bite in town! There are so many gluten free options! The steamed veggies are my... favorite side to any sandwich I get. And the chef salad is my favorite salad to order. It's gigantic and really filling! Goshjust writing this review makes me want more Jason's Deli. The service here is fantastic, courteous and fast. Sandwich ???? was burnt the Manager could have cared less she kept saying UMHUM UMHUM. And that's how it's always been the... workers looked as though they were scared of her and dispised her. She was to busy visiting than to take care of her customers. The poor cashier looked like I would love to help you but she's not in then when, I went to leave then she came over.
