My order went fine from the drive thru window ! It was a few days later I received a noticed from my credit card company asking... me about a 40% tip that was added to my receipt! I told them no I did not authorize this and they took care of the situation. Ithen called Jamba in College Station, Tx to inquire why this was done, only to have the girl (Whitney) who said she was thegeneral manager give me the pat answer that she would check into it. Never once did she ask me who the person was who served anddone the card transaction for me, which my receipt was $17.08 and my card company stating the charge was $23.89. This to me istotal fraudulent activity and I would NEVER trust this place ever again! Maybe they only try this on older people from out oftown, thinking they could get by with it! Ordered ahead online because I was running late to work. And being pregnant it?s hard to eat a full breakfast but a smoothie in... the morning helps so I decided to go to jamba. My preferred place over a smoothie king. I ordered online and it said my orderwould be ready at 8:45, when I work 3 minutes down the street and having to be there at 9 am I agreed that would work forme. When I show up , one worker outside smoking while talking on the stores phone , the other inside drinking a smoothie whileon her phone. I?m walking to the door thinking my smoothie is ready for me. But instead they ask me what I had and then theyproceed to make my order. But the lady who made it looked at my *customized* order like I was weird for customizing it the way IWANTED IT. It?s gives you the option online so I created what I thought would taste good. And it was amazing. And fortunately itdidn?t take long for them to make but past experiences , it takes forever. The way the lady acted this morning just made me feelvery unwelcome and like I was a burden for customizing my order the way I wanted. Very disappointed because I love this place. Read more
Had the Pumpkin Protein Smoothe....it was awesome. The ladies were really nice and were helpful. The only thing is that they... were really soft spoken and I couldn't hear her. One of our orders came out with a strong ginger flavor which it wasn't supposeto have and they clean out the equipment and made us a brand new one no extra charge. Will come again.....at least until thePumpkin Protein is in season ???? Read more
