My order went fine from the drive thru window ! It was a few days later I received a noticed from my credit card company asking... me about a 40% tip that was added to my receipt! I told them no I did not authorize this and they took care of the situation. Ithen called Jamba in College Station, Tx to inquire why this was done, only to have the girl (Whitney) who said she was thegeneral manager give me the pat answer that she would check into it. Never once did she ask me who the person was who served anddone the card transaction for me, which my receipt was $17.08 and my card company stating the charge was $23.89. This to me istotal fraudulent activity and I would NEVER trust this place ever again! Maybe they only try this on older people from out oftown, thinking they could get by with it!
